All cameras are sold without lenses unless otherwise stated by a CameraSuperStore Rep.
All items are sold as per their part number unless options are selected by the customer. Failure to specify options such as Voltage, Size, Color, Type, or Storage Space will result in the customer receiving either what is in stock at the current time of purchase or CameraSuperStore will order the regular product.
SHIPPING / HANDLING POLICY:
All shipping dates are approximate and are based upon current availability of products and prompt receipt of all necessary information. All complete orders received before 11:00 A.M. Mountain Standard Time (MST) will be shipped out on the same day depending on the availability of the product except for ground shipping which will be processed within 2-3 business days. Orders not shipped on the same day are usually shipped next day or as soon as the
products are available to us. The customer will be contacted through email and/or telephone for backorder items. Backorder items will be shipped out as soon as the product is available.
All deliveries are insured and guaranteed against loss, theft and damage. However, we will not be personally liable for any damage, loss, fault or expenses arising out of delays in shipment or other non-performance of this Agreement caused by or imposed by:
Strikes, fires, disasters, riots, Acts of God;
Acts of customer;
Governmental action; or
Any other cause or condition beyond Camera
Superstore's reasonable control
in the event of any such delay or non-performance.
We will ship all orders through the services provided by UPS:
UPS Ground,
UPS 3 Day Select,
UPS 2nd Day Air,
UPS Next Day Air
We do deliver on Saturday upon request. However, the order has to be done through phone to confirm the shipping fees and further details.
We will not be responsible for the delay in delivery by UPS service. In the event of a delay, the Customer Service Department will track the order with UPS. The accuracy of the address is the responsibility of the cardholder. We reserve the right to cancel any approved orders that have different billing information and shipping information.
Address corrections that are made while in transit or after delivery to a wrong address are expense to the cardholder credit card as we incur charges from UPS for this service.
Refused or undeliverable shipments will be subject to a 20% or $25.00, whichever greater, restocking fee, in addition to applicable shipping fees, insurance fees, and any losses incurred by us.
You are responsible for all other fees and/or charges inclusive but not limited to reroute fees, any customs, duties, sales, use, value added, excise, federal, state, local or other taxes, unless stated otherwise on the invoice.
Extra shipping charges may be applied to orders that include large size products such as monitors, complete camera systems, and UPS (uninterruptible power systems). Our Sales Department will contact you for further details if this is applicable. Product Part number or picture may be differ in some cases. CameraSuperStore.com is not responsible for typological mistakes.
RETURN POLICY:
All claims for shortage, manufacturers’ defects, shipment error, incompatibility, or incorrectly ordered merchandise must be made within ten (10) calendar days after the invoice date.
Please call to request a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. No returns will be accepted
without RMA number.
All other claims made after the 10th day but before the 30th day following the
Invoice date will be considered based upon the "time value" of the merchandise. We reserve the option to accept or reject non-defective returns.
A copy of the invoice must accompany all returns with a valid RMA number. You must return merchandise to seller within five (5) calendar days after the RMA is issued. If the merchandise is not returned within the authorized time period, the RMA will be canceled.
Merchandise must be packed securely and be returned to CameraSuperStore.com undamaged, and must include original packaging, manuals, warranty cards, documentation, and all other accessories. You will be solely responsible for paying all return freight costs and insurance. It is recommended that all returns be made via traceable carrier such as FedEx, UPS or Certified Mail as CameraSuperStore.com is not responsible for items that are
misdirected or lost in shipment. RMA numbers must be legibly listed on the outside of the carton. We do not accept any shipments without a valid RMA.
Merchandise is subject to testing before replacement will be issued. CameraSuperStore.com sends defective merchandise to the manufacturer which takes about 15 to 30 days in most cases to repair. As soon as we receive the repaired product, we will ship it out. We reserve the right to return to you any non-defective merchandise or any merchandise that does not match the invoice. You will be responsible for all related charges such as shipping, insurance, testing, and handling fee on this matter.
We reserve the option to require that defective merchandise returns be accompanied by a test report from an independent
laboratory in order to receive a refund, credit, or replacement on merchandise.
All credits will be issued within 15 business days once we confirm that this is the only solution to solve your return.
All returns are subject to twenty percent (20%) or $25, whichever greater, restocking fee or current market value at Camera
Superstore's discretion. All non-product related fees such as shipping, transaction, payment processing, and insurance are not refundable. Our liability shall be limited to the invoiced value of the merchandise or its replacement.
