Electret CondenserModels
A, B, C, D, D-VR, E, and L-DT are Omni-Directional, low impedance, electret
condenser microphones with built-in preamp. They are phantom powered from
the Louroe Base Station with 12 Vdc power, and produce line level output.
Distance between microphone and the base station can be up to 1,000'. Normal
pick-up pattern is within a 30' circle, or approximately 15' from the microphone
location. Models A, B, C and D are not recommended for outdoor installation.
Dynamic
Model K is a dynamic microphone with a modified omni-directional pattern and is
especially designed for areas with excessive background noise or where the
ambient sound level is high. The modified pattern is one in which the pick-up
is more from the front of the microphone than from the sides or back. Normal
pick-up pattern is approximately 12' from the front of the microphone and
less than 12' from the sides and back of microphone.
